Exercise Diary or another episode of "How I'm Wasting My Time Chasing my 25 year old body" or "My Fruitless Effort"

After a 5 day break due to a scrapbook retreat I attended, weather and then just not feeling the love, I went back to the gym for a 35 minute cardio workout.

15 minutes on the elliptical at full speed hands free (the reason I do this is because it helps with my balance and engaging my core)
20 minutes of interval training on the treadmill going from 1% to 6% incline.

I, too, just got back in the saddle again after a few days off. I really feel it when I miss like that. Gotta try not to let that happen.

Sounds like you're doing great, Kristina! I admire your mad elliptical skills. Took me forever to even figure out the feet. lol
