Trying to get back into my routine...

I swear whenever I take time off, it takes me forever to get back into my routine. I've had the damnest time getting back to the gym. I took some time off because I think it's good to do that. I still did some walking and biking, but I hadn't been to the gym in about 2 weeks.

Last Friday, I went to "The Good Feet" store and bought myself a custom arch supports. I have trouble with Plantar Facistis (sp?) off and on and I haven't had a flair up in about 7 years until recently. My left foot has been hurting to the point where I was starting to limp a week ago or so. I've been treated by a podiatrist for the condition and know what foot stretches I need to do, but I also had "The Good Feet" store recommended by quite a few people I know.

Because I got my new supports, my feet did hurt a bit for a few days (which was to be expected) and I didn't want to over do it with exercise, so I gave myself a break.

I got home from work this evening and changed clothes and hopped on my bike to ride to the gym before I changed my mind. I'm so glad I did....it helped me get my motivation back. I'm even going to get up and go tomorrow morning at 5:00 because Darci the Devil is giving a FREE butt busting class.
